1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by bitbaji, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individual who participates in any game, wager, promotion, or transaction on the platform.

bitbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any such amendments will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these terms regularly. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bitbaji. 3.2 Accurate Registration Information

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, bitbaji may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may include submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and/or a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transaction history. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.4 Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Funds deposited by players are held separately from operational funds. 4.5 Prohibited Transactions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bitbaji, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with bitbaji.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

bitbaji reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these obligations. Where a violation is confirmed, the platform may void bets, cancel withdrawals, confiscate balances, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Key principles include: bets placed after an event has started are subject to the odds available at the time of acceptance; in the event of a match abandonment or no-result ruling by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.), affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise; live in-play odds are updated in real time and accepted bets at those odds are binding once confirmed.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bitbaji account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bitbaji or via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of available balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. 8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bitbaji will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. A dormant account fee may apply in accordance with the platform's current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing re-verification if required.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or platform-initiated — all pending bonus balances and wagering progress are forfeited. Any available real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any fraud or policy violation flags on the account.
